Charles W. Penrose was an editor of the Deseret News and other papers. He became an assistant church historian in 1896 and compiled a scrapbook of church history called the "Journal History of the Church." He also wrote a popular series of missionary pamphlets before being released in 1899. He became an apostle in 1904.
where do you get all your videos? I would love to get copies of this video reel and the history of church 1981-1985. -i really like seeing historical church stuff like this.
