I find fraps better in my opinion because it gives basically the same quality and its less of a hassle. And I have my fraps record at 50 fps so when i record and edit the end product is 200 fps. The only problem is that my cod4 pc isnt working :(

if you slow down the demo 10 times, record it on some low frame rate like 30 FPS and speed it up in after effects by 10 times by using a time stretch 10% value then you get yourself a 300 FPS as a result. not only that but you save yourself enormous amount of time by using fraps this way instead of making a 300 FPS avidemo recording plus the sound plus the video making plus the sound and video merge. i tested it out and fraps wins in all aspects for a less time taken so i know what i'm saying

@oTwiiizz you can't. you can only get a max of 60fps. But what he did was slow the video down to .5 timescale and recorded @ 60fps, then later made it faster in vegas, there for it looks like 120 fps. 60x2=120 That is if he recorded @60fps.

set fraps to 60fps and vdub it with 240frame rate and you get 240 avidemo :D:D
