@awsumpersun321 Ryze doesn't build AP, so Veigar ult would be bad on him, since it deals 80% of target's AP in Magic damage. So no, it's not a good example to nuke Ryze (I don't know who's ult you're talking about, but Veiagrs scales off AP, Ryzes scales of nothing, it just deals 50% bonus damage as AOEs)

@MrNatanify He isn't. He's only great if someone allows you to farm for 20 minutes and get mad kills. Since that doesn't happen, ever and he gets outranged by a lot of mid champions and can't effectively harass early game to push people out of the lane he usually loses.

I think his Qs range should get a buff and in compensation for that he should lose some damage on his ultimate like you said. That would make it fair.

It's never gonna happen though. RIOT doesn't know what they're doing xD.

@dev2000 dawwww RIOT's awesome. Veigar will get his buff eventually. Because RIOT plays LoL differently than the rest of us, they depend on your input to determine how and when to nerf and buff.. you should send them a polite comment about Veigar. They often make changes in response to overwhelming player comments. I think RIOT is great because 1) LoL is FREE 2) LoL is FUN 3) RIOT is very responsive to its wide base of players, most of whom never gave them a penny (like me :3)

you are about 12 level and got like deathfire and a pen boot.

you can burst with W,Q and R any ap carry and can burst ad carries with Q,W,R and DF

Then if you have a nice farm of +70 from Q and Deathfire,Pen boot and NLR

You can burst even oftanks that dont have plenty of MR...

@Casanostra13 True, but will anyone allow you to get to this point? No, nobody would. You'll get ganked, harassed, killed and pushed out of the lane because people simple outrange everything you do as Veigar.

Ofcourse the stun helps and all that, but when you burst someone early game, they're not gonna be dead, and due to being overwhelmed you're not gonna have that ability to farm.

Ofcourse a champion gets dangerous when you let them farm. But nobody allows Veigar to. Which is logical.

If veigar had 2000 AP, deathcap should do around 100% of the current health (30% standard, 3,5% on top for every 100 AP. 70/3.5=20 and then 20 * 100 = 2000 AP). So there really isn't much need for E or R at that point.
