An isolationist closes itself off both militarily AND economically...which economic isolationism is known as protectionism. He is steadfastly against protectionism, therefore is not an isoltionist. Mexico, Canada, & Venezuela supply us with more oil than the middle east. We only get 16% of our oil from the Persian Gulf, and Saudi Arabia provides two thirds of that. By the way, those "well educated & rational Saudis" produced most of the 9/11 terrorists, not Iraq!

Every Founding Father but one wrote in thier own diaries, journals and text that God and Faith was the keystone to every decision they made, not only for the direction but future of the country and in thier own lives as well. Also, that references to Faith and God is in most of our founding documents, carved in stoned on most of our National Monuments in Philadelphia and Washington D.C. and Boston, in our National Songs and on all U.S. currency.
