this is bankai, shikai is 1000 swords in black sphere, you can see it in 59 episode of anime

sorry but you sorta fail :P you are talking about Senkai Senbonzakura Kageyoshi which is a black shpere with 1.00 blades

Actually, Senbonzakura's Shikai is really just 1000 small blades that unseeable to the human eye that take the appearance of Sakura Pedals when the light reflects off of them when they move. It's initial Bankai for is more or less the same, but multiplied by 1000.

Senkei is the second stage, what was shown in this form is the initial form of Byakuya's Bankai.
