Hehe, I found out what it is. At 2:43, you can see a hole in the glass where the red doritos are. You may think it's the twisty ring thing, but that's the illusion, it's really a hole. He slides it into position when he puts his bandana against the glass so he can reach his hand through ^^

OK, this is what I have noticed. Pay attention to the bag of chips he is reaching in to grab. It is the last bag of chips under item #32. When he "reaches" in there the firs time, he grabs the last bag, and you can see there is no more bags under selection #32.
