It's chirping, a very controversial sound. Some people believe it is a guinea pigs form of singing, others think it may very well be a warning to other guinea pigs that something dangerous is nearby. It's hard to tell because of how rarely it happens. Congrats on getting a clip of this!

Cavies vocalize in various ways. I usually hear them squealing in fear because I threaten to pet them, but that's because I was around an undersocialized one. Dunno what the chirping is about.
