  • at 8:32 what is the name of the song? I know its by mozart but the name escapes me.

  • @CriminalMindsFan55 Eine Kleine Nachtmusik (Serenade), K. 525; 1st. Movement

  • @karufuasu thank you so much. I know the tune so well but I didn't know the name and I'm like how do I search for the name of the song to no words? it's not like I could google bum bum bum and put in the tune. Thank you so much.

  • bwahahahah the look at 5:52 says idgaf!!!! i love it. salieri ur my hero

  • SHAMAZOVVVV

  • I have to watch this for Music class. >:(

  • @Orchestrafanboy19 Me too. :(

Final exam's tomorrow and I still haven't written my paper about this movie!

  • His name is Wolfgang actually

  • @lilcreep1000 He called himself Amadeus. His name is Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. In fact, Amadeus is the most significant name of Mozart. Amadeus, Gottlieb in german or Amadé in french, comes from the latin expression "amare deum", "the one who loves God". But Amadeus looks like amadou (cf: "Mystérieux Mozart" P.Sollers) wich is a flammable substance, like Mozart. Very interesting isn't it?

  • @thebravekiler Why would Mozart name a song after himself? Thats just the name of the arrangement you played.

  • 4:44 - a visit at the American Congress.

  • face it we are all, save a few, doomed to mediocrity , like Solliari...Solie... Sali...oh forget it..

  • i've watched this movie before but i still don't get what happens at the beginning

  • @Shadowthedragoness01 I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Salieri was trying to kill himself for "killing" mozart. He believed he killed him, so he felt guilt. Hope I helped

  • Thank you for uploading this!

  • I just watched "Amadeus" live at the Alley Theater in downtown Houston TX. What an AMAZING show. LONG LIVE MOZART !!!!!

  • I love this movie. I got homeboy's laugh down and usually pull it out at the oddest times. Thanks for the upload friend.

    Hahahahahahaha!!!

  • what's the name of the part which begins at 2:19?

  • @papercotton Symphony No. 25 In G Minor, K. 183; 1st Movement by Mozart.

  • @karufuasu thank you very very much *tighthug*

  • @karufuasu wrong the name of the song is ironiclly the name of the movie, amudeus, i should know, i'm play this peace for a proformance next friday

  • @thebravekiler Nope karufuasu is undeniably right. Go search what he said :/ It's right.

The title you're referring to is probably from the sheet music you have. The sheet music you have is probably based off this movie. This being the main movie theme, you would probably have "Amadeus" somewhere in the title. When I played this, we didn't have Amadeus written in large print; all we had was something Symphony 25 in G minor something.

  • @thebravekiler I was going to ask how you could misspell Amadeus, but then I looked at the rest of your sentence ! Eek !

  • @thebackgroundartiste that bad? likely typoes...

  • @thebravekiler Likely story.

  • @papercotton idk but it sounds awesome.

  • @PeanutsLoveForever GO MOZART! :D

  • 7:35 that woman right there is my earliest childhood memory O_O

  • We were going to watch this in class, and I was like "Oh, no, I really wanna see this!" because I'm in 8th grade, and my classmates aren't exactly very... eh, the kinda people I can imagine listening to Mozart, and we aren't a very silent class either.

I didn't hear a single word, and they even complained when we had to stop early. This movie cathes everyones interest! :D

  • why whenever i watch this film online the g minor symphony are all modulated?

  • my first time watching this film was on film4 last summer. Thanx for downloading.

  • What is that Salieri song from 7:29 - 7:54 , can anyone tell me? Thanks!

  • @Th3LastUn1c0rn It's the ending to 'Son queste le speranze' from 'Axur, Re d'Ormus' opera by Salieri.

  • This is one of the most amazing movies of all time which is actually worth watching. It's a shame how noone cares about true art of music no more. The beauty of it's origins such as Mozart.

  • "Oh thats CHARMING! Forgive me I didnt know you wrote that. "

    ".... -_- I didn't... " LOL

  • Great movie for any music lover. Thanks for the upload.

  • oh well okay i´m an Americangirl and I know that my Blood isn´t pink... (I live in germany so please excuse my bad Englisch i´m only 10 and we saw this movie in school i overjumped on grade :) )

  • aww, this is so terrible. I guess that's what we would all feel like if we weren't recognized because a prodigy lived at the same time as us. it really made me think of all the composers in Mozart's day and listen to them more often. :)

  • 2:48 what is this song? I love it!

  • @NitroGB13 Symphony No. 25 In G Minor, K. 183; 1st Movement by Mozart.

  • @karufuasu holly damn!!!!!The guy cut his neck open. I cannot understand how there can be people who can actually do that.

  • which song plays he at 8.30? einen kleinen ??

  • Eine Kleine Nachtmusik (Serenade), K. 525; 1st. Movement (by Mozart)

  • @karufuasu thanks...was wonndering too

  • Well, I thought the 1984 version was just perfect, I saw it dozens of times. but when I saw the Directors Cut, I thought the "cut" scenes ruined it. Like the scene in the dressing room was annoying and made me not like Mozart's character. And I thought the scene of Mozart giving a lesson at those peoples' house (with the dogs) was stupid. After seeing the DC version, I was so glad that they had edited those scenes out for the 84 release. They were wise to do that in my opinion.

  • I don't like the Director's cut. I'm thankful they edited those parts out.

  • why dont you like it??? (?.?)

  • is this the directors cut?

  • no. 1984 version. i was going to upload the whole film here on youtube but there's already somebody who did that. i should have done my research first. maybe i should delete this clip.

  • Remove it then! Theres no point in it being here if youre not going to upload the rest. Oh and btw NO-ONE has uploaded the complete film. The others - like yourself - havn't uploaded the complete film.
