Does some damage to your liver. When I used to abuse gravol. The over the counter drug messes with your brain, start out with 8. I used to take 20, I went though schizophrenic episodes when I took a high dose. You can't control your thoughts. You hear voices and see things on high doses. No arachnophobia shouldn't effect it. Make sure you are with people you trust.

@bearblaster420 tripping on diphenhydramine is dangerous as hell. its very very bad for your health i still slurr words alot also it can cause hppd disorder and schizofrenia. its not really fun well.. its kinda fun its more or a scary shocking interesting trip its weird as fuck.. i would start off with low doses and find what dose effects you i know people who need like 300mg for a trip it takes me like 1000mgs to trip hard brands dont matter its the active chemical diphenhydramine you want

@bearblaster420 ok.. no you will not see patterns or colors, diphenhydramine is a deliriant wich is one of the 3 hallucinogens in the hallucinogen family. deliriants make you delirious. the trips are interesting but very weird i have had full on conversations with people and then they dissapear leaving me speechless and confused. i would reccomend a trip sitter because it is very dangerous as i mentioned i have fallen down the stairs.. i'd say its an expirience you should try once

@bearblaster420 also i should mention if you are to try it that you work your way up in dosage. the most i have tried is like 48(25's). if you r not familiar with benadryl trippin thats a wicked high dose im probably lucky to b alive anyway.. there are risks of a trip to the hospital altho not common.no benadryl will not put a hole in your brain dont be dumb. and yes a trip sitter is a very smart idea i have never used one im glad im still alive i have blak'd out countless times gl with trippin

@bearblaster420 ha i fuckin love me some ket or Dxm they are my drugs of choice a nice 3rd,or,4th plat. anyway,no there is no euphoria. i would basically sit there and forget what i was doing every 2 seconds i would lose shit like my phone or a joint or my lighter (i have tried smoking weed on dph). the trips are somewhat scary i would have conversations with people and they would vanish and i would realize im trippin balls. i have seen everything from a ded rat on my bed to dogs running around.

@g4ngzta420 It is different for everyone. I took 16 and I felt like i was made of lead, I was unable to talk, and hallucinated bugs on my skin. Feeling like you are going to sleep is typical of a lower dose. At higher doses sleep typically becomes impossible.

you know im a psychonaut and prefer the serotonergic psychedelics and tryptamines like psilocybin, lsd, dmt, and the dissociate anaesthetics to a lesser degree (never tried pcp though), but i have tried diphenhydramine, benadryl, to not much avail. The few times I tried it I started low and increased the dosage as the previous dosages didnt work. The last time I tried it I ate 350mg, weighing 125lbs, which according to most sources will make you have the anticholinergic effects... But nothing.

You're pretty skinny/small, but I would take more than that. Go for 600-700 mgs of the stuff, you'll be set. Trust me. That is, if you want true, vivid visual interaction like conversations, difficulty telling hallucinations from reality, etc. Good luck... dph is a WHOLE different level than LSD, Psilocybin, etc. Its fucking odd, but awesome in its own right.

yeah i actually was able to get the trip off of a different anti-cholinergic called homatropine and holy shit. mad whacky. i kinda liked how i couldnt tell i was tripping some points when i was talking to my buddies who werent there and then blinking or looking away and back and then woosh, and id be real confused. the only times i remembered i was tripping was when i was walking around bc i could barely move haha. peace.
