Hi, can anybody help me pls.. I've already tried all options even chatting with an HP chat support,but still not able to fix my problem.. My COMPUTER TURNS OFF once i TURN ON my printer.. the last representative told me that it's a BIOS problem.. dont have any idea really.. pls

@simultechs Connect the Printer to another plug not with computer one.
If it didn't work change your computer power supply with one with lower Wattage.
It's happen to me and i fixed the problem like that.
