People, if your wheels are white, it's most likely because you forgot to replace file called "vehicle". It has textures for the wheels that make tires black and wheels slightly silver or whatever.

i have more than 1 .txd file in some mods that i downloaded, like infernus.txd infernus2.txd, infernus3.txd and so on. and only one .dff file. am i supposed to pick from one .txd file or add all 4? (img v2)

find the wheels ids like 1075 wheel_gn3 or whatever, when it says "1075 wheel_gn3 vehicle" replace the "vehicle" with "wheel_gn3". Do that for all the rims.

there's a folder with HQLM2 file (vehicle.txd). Replace it with old on in ...Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/models/generic

@Inline6GTR im having issues too. first it crashed my computer cause someone told me to replace stuff in the C:\Users\Family\Desktop\gta sa\Gta sa\data\maps\veh_mods  and now i hear im supposed to replace "vehicle" ill try it but a video would be very helpful. there are many having trouble.

no i don't, you won't know how a mod will affect the performance of your game until you've added it and loaded the game up, so if it badly affects your game you will have to get rid of it and use the original file, but if you deleted the original file you cant do that and will have to either lose a car in the game or re-install it, for example i had a peugeot 406 instead of a primo, but it really slowed the game down when i drove in one so i had to put the original primo files back.

I've been modding since the date rockstar released the GTA SA for PC and I know that it laggs the game because of the processor or the video card I know that cause I had a shitty Pc

and now i have a super pc and installed a car mod that lagged my game and it doesnt now so

I know how is going to affect the performance because if you have a shitty PC then you cant install car mods with more than 2 MB so yes i know

if you deleted old wheels, added new ones, and replaced vehicle.txd, then it gotta be something else. or maybe if you got too many mods, it might crash or one of mods wasnt installed correctly... happened to me before... hard to tell the problem, i reinstalled san andreas like 50 times, lol. so yeah, if you do everything i said in description, it should be fine.

you dont have to replace txd files, you delete 17 dff wheel files and add 17 dff files from file you downloaded. and dont forget to replace vehicle.txd in ...Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\models\generic

Yeah thx i got it to work :') But my display on San andreas is fucked up. Do u have any ideas? It isnt the mod. But lights, carlights, smoke from the tires and everything is fuckedup. lights and smoke is normaly white and gray but when i see its white and green. Why? its totally fucked up. I've tryed all. Nothing works. EVEN REINSTALL!
