Sunman in comparison to Superman (Prototype NES)

Did anyone notice the similarity in the music used in the beginning of Superman? It sounds pretty alike Star Wars to me...

Sunman's music is much cooler, more stressed up and matches the gameplay.

The sprites used for those blue and orange enemies with bat wings are the same from the flamethrower dude in BATMAN also form SUNSOFT.

SUNMAN should've been the ORIGINAL mascot for SUNSOFT! I'd rather have a Japanese made mascot like SUNMAN be the mascot for Sunsoft than a NON-ASIAN company like Iguana Entertainment come up with a mascot for SUNSOFT. Sunsoft is JAPANESE COMPANY, people!

I understand. But having an American made game mascot for a Japanese game company such as Sunsoft? That does sound pretty rediculous, but then again, anything is possible.

@MysticArksRevenge If you go to "GameAds 0 GamePressure 0 Com" and look up World Heroes commercial, you'll see Hebereke bouncing on the Sunsoft logo.

Does anyone no of any place that does arcade reproductions on discs playable on ps2. I always wanted a copy of the Superman arcade game.

That Superman game looks terrific. It even has the Superman theme in it. Too bad they can't release it on the Wii with extra levels.

I think SUNSOFT should've released this game. Then they would'nt have to rely on the Americans to come up with their mascot like they did with Aero the Acrobat. SUNMAN should've been the ORIGINAL mascot for SUNSOFT.

This is quite interesting as I wasn't aware the Superman version of this game actually existed in anything other than concept. I would love to see a skilled hacker restore all the Superman content into the Sunman game.

I was really shocked as well that this actually existed I mean i read about Sunman and about how it was suppose to be a better Superman game than the one already for the NES and it's really a shame it wasn't made and you think someone would of attempted to make a hack of it, but i guess we will have to wait and see.

Yea I almost purchased some games from that website but had a really bad feeling so I went to nesreproductions and he has done a great job on everything i bought but he only does NES

Don't get me wrong, he makes good NES repos too (I've ordered three from him and the all work fine)... but I'm not planning on ordering any other SNES repos.
