It's a four-stroke engine (the two-stroke engines have a characteristical noise). I think running two-stroke engine using this system isn't possible unless it has a dedicated system for dosing oil... but, even with that, it would be a problem because when there's a dedicated system for oil dosing, it's mixed with the fuel before entering the carburator AFAIK - and here's no carburator. But maybe adding the oil in the fuel mixture might do the job - the oil vapors might lubricate the engine.

Put a little ethyl alcohol in the water. That is what the auto makers did in their many patents for similar fuel reformers. It work and many universities have demonstrated fuel reforming works. Many auto and oil companies hold patents for it but won't sell us cars that use it because they don't want our fuel economy to be that good. NASA engineers reported in works in 1974 to the Society of Automotive Engineers. In 1975 they proved in with in-vehicle demonstrations.

I have not heard of anyone starting on only ethanol and water. Typically a fuel reformer starts outputting hydrogen (for hydrogen enhance combustion) a couple of minutes after it warms up after an engine is started on richer hydrocarbon fuels. Search the net for "fuel reformer". It is nothing new but does work very well to give lower emissions and better fuel economy. But auto makers refuse to let us use the technology in cars and get better fuel economy.

This does work, but is like a model "T" , 50% of gas is lost as hydro-carbon emissions in the exhaust. If nothing else was done but to convert the gas (liquid) to vapor (gas vapor) you would get 2X the mileage, Fuel injectors only atomize fuel into little liquid drops, these wet the cylinder walls and don't burn, but go out the exhaust to the catalytic converter, makeing heat/NO/SO byproducts.

Probably too much water...

...that is, of course, until the engine is warmed up. Once the engine is warm enough to vaporize the water and petrol (over 100C), you can have as little as 10% gas in the mixture with water and still have it burn.

Let's see if you're actually "burning" water. Put a white cloth over the exhaust and see if it gets dirty. Wagers, anyone? If the cloth gets dirty and wet, you can thank the petrol for the combustion, and the water for the water vapors.
