All just practice and observing real life movements, my old animations used to be horrible in terms of fluidity and realistic movements but I'm getting better at replicating this. Using a high frame rate like 24fs also helps and the space you move the character between each frame is essential otherwise it could look choppy.
Whoa! thats like kekkai! first you gather energy then you cast the kekkai where you want it to form then you raise it and you say"metsu" to blow up the kekkai.
all that in frickin 11 seconds!
