@ManosOceano Yes, but his "Chopin Way" made him produce utterly beautiful sounds out of a piano. His fast, agile hands made melodies, and harmonies like no other. "Hats off, gentlemen, a genius!"-Robert Schumann. That statement in every way is true about Chopin. No genius needs to be calm, he only needs to produce "otherworldly phenomenons".
@ronnelson82 No I mean the nocturne in C sharp minor without violin, only piano. The one in E flat major (op.9 2) is only one of the nocturnes, but surely the most famous.
@diventox Thank you for your reply. I heard it when my college Professor recommended it to me so I could broaden my horizons and learn more about the Masters. I favor piano and violin solos because they go straight to my heart. I guess you could say that music picks me and I don't pick it.
I am married with a specialist of Chopin (Jean MICAULT) and we are impressed by those two artists technically and moreover for the deep feeling they gave us. Chopin loved singing, and he would have appreciated. Bravo.
@baronblos9 Good Mr. President Obama is a hostage of the CIA coup d etat, committed in the dark of night, December 31st, 2011: NDAA. Mr. Obama should be impeached and guilty hijackers put on trial for treason. Serious preemptive action must be taken now, to build the foundation for Dr. Ron Paul. Truth shall prevail.
@ManosOceano Don't you dare comment anymore about the evilness of politics on a Chopin song. How could you bring such evil, such idiotic words to this. Music is not about Obama nor Ron Paul. This isn't the place for it. Calm down. There is no truth in what you said. Comment on how beautiful the music is, not on politics. Shame on you. This piece is far too beautiful for such nonsense!

@lickylicky48 That is not true. I was 13 when i started to listen to Classical. Now im 20 and listen only to classical music, because it talks more than anything.
@lickylicky48 you are right. I think that this 'I hate classical music' (even though Chopin is from the romantic era) is the result of conformity. You want to be like the others and so you try to conform your ideas with the others. This is common in teenagehood.

in this musics we can feel the emotion, the art, the autor expressing himself in form of notes! and there are people that say lady gaga is music! ugh!
Why? Why did you take a piece specifically designed for the piano - as the composer used his entire creative output for that instrument - and rewrite it for violin, with piano accompanyment. Why? This piece is for the piano, Chopin was a pianist. You violinists don't have ENOUGH attention fawned on you, you have to take music from an instrument it was specifially written for with every intention - and then make that same instrument your accompanist. Makes sense. Keep it on the piano please!
the re-arangment of musical pieces to other instruments was seen as a form of flattery to many composers. Playing pieces in different arrangements allows for voices and emphasis to be given to sections of a piece that would otherwise be overlooked if only played with the instrument that it was originally written for.
I don't know how many of you this will apply to, but if you enjoy drawing try doing it while listening to classical music. It's very inspiring, it seems like the mood of the music is transferred to your hand as you're drawing.
@shenkeey i know it is a violin... but there are many types, and the sounds are differents...., i'm asking about this particular one, if someone can give the me information...
Some songs are pleasant to listen to. Others, a rare few, are far more. Music like this has its own soul and feel to it, it stirs old memories in a person they had all but forgotten. Perhaps upon listening they remember days of joy no matter how long its been, or days of sorrow like losing someone they loved. There's just something about this kind of music
For those wondering it's the Posthumous Nocturne in C minor (No. 20). Its supposed to be for piano solo though but still sounds good with violin trebble, suits the melody :)

Some people want young white females to mix with non-white males.
I made a one-minute video highlighting a very small sample of race-mixing advertisements.
I love white people, and I am opposed to race-mixing. But I do not hate non-whites.
If you click on my name “awhitesoul2012” highlighted in blue below this comment, you can watch my video.

@PlayinFreeRealms Yes, i am. I realized i was quite talented (not to brag about it) but for instance i never had any lessons, just played from books myself, and after 2 1/2 years i play chopin. I'm not a master at it, but i can play it, and i can feel it. So yeah, piano's are just my things :) You play to?

@PlayinFreeRealms If you really want it you should give it a try. Just keep practicing and when you see you learn new things its a great feeling, trust me. Just think about it
