Hopefully we all get better with time - dont you think?
Tommy Wonder is an amazing artist - and you should look at the rest of the clips of him. I have been doing magic 30 + years - and I am blown away by the timing, and delivery in what he does.
Not only was he brilliant in his philosophy of magic - the guy was a true gentleman!
The last decade of his life he was a LIVING LEGEND in magic - Period - end of story.
1:45 he palms the small deck in his right hand under cover of fanning the left hand with the card 1:48 he turns his left side toward the audience so he can dump the deck in his right pocket upstage out of sight! Quite lame!

@RS1963 Yep, some of the magic sucks too. He had a duplicate ring tied on the rope all the time hidden in his left hand while he tied the knot. I can see straight through a lot of this routine..
I think we have to be careful about hyping up Wonder just because he sadly died. He was good, but not that good.
@heelfan1234 Of course you can see through a lot of this routine, if you know anything about magic. But that's not the point. If that's why you're watching, you're watching for the wrong thing.
@heelfan1234 You are clearly totally ignorant to the skill and practice it takes to be able to perform a routine like this. Remember you idiot this was 1977 so this should be judged by the era in which it was created. No magician is perfect you moron but Tommy Wonder almost was. Wonder actually created alot of the original effects in this routine. You nor I could ever pull this 1977 routine of live anyhow. Magic is obviously not real. Its entertainment. Stop embarrassing yourself!
Wow!!! Amazing!!!

Actually this vid is not that rare. Anyone that bought The visions of Wonder d.v.d. set from L&L publishing will find this included.

@jpleddington I was making a comment on the people hyping him up. We have to be careful about this, the magic is not that good.

Offence to Tommy to only give this clip 2 stars
he dropped a a ball (he was propably nervous since Fred Kaps was in the frontrow) but his technique was outstanding
R.I.P. Tommy
