The stomp actually doesn't have the greatest priority...it just has a really small hitbox that allows it to beat DPs. Just about everyone has an anti-air normal that will beat it.

In order to be called an infinite it has to combo. If it doesn't combo it is not an infinite of any kind. It is funny though. I would love to see someone get hit with this a few tines in a row

Regardless of how easy it can be punished after a few hits, it is interesting... Most characters anyhow cannot hit back at Seth when he is doing that, except if you know he is going for a head stump and react accordingly.

I never said it was a infinite combo like El El Fuerte's QCF > P, P, QCF >P,P ....... forever.

It can only be blocked when standing still so it's technically an infinite ONLY if the player was too dumb and never stood up during the entire match.

This video is a demostration of how to stay in mid-air for ever, it's pointless in competitive battling for obvious reasons.

It's one of the most reliable Anti-air Ultras in the game (which is why it's so weak).

Great for late games where the opponent cannot block Sonic Booms anymore due to HP being too low to block.

I know what you mean by gay but it's also one of the few Ultras that doesn't deal chip damage to oppoents that blocks the move..

Yeah.. also I've notice seth as a playable character doesn't do too much damage... compared to ryu ken and some other characters his hits are kind of week.. I also noticed some of the EX moves doesn't really do more damage than a regular move... some of them just leave the opponent open for a follow up.

ehh, it's nice to know you can do this, but it isn't useful since it can be easily blocked or countered. depending the character, you shouldn't do this at all, especially against ryu, sagat, rufus, etc.. you're just inviting them to do some of their most damaging ultra set ups, which costs seth the entire match due to his incredibly low stamina

sorry, I did read the description, but didn't think to leave it out of my comment. used sparingly, repeated very few times, and against the right characters it could prove useful to get seth out of a corner or as a mixup

catch your screen with a trap, prop a box up with a stick, put a string on the stick, put a carrot under the box so it will lure the screen under the box then pull the string causing the stick to get yanked out and the box falling on the screen, capturing it
