he wanted to put the rb20 into a toyota hilux ute. it would have been cheaper to just buy a complete r32 skyline gts-t, but he wanted to make something a bit different.

well if thats in the states then you can't bring a whole car so if you want to put that engine in anything the absolute best way is to get a clip.

why do Australians always buy half cuts. Is it good value or do you convert other parts aswell. Over here in the UK if you want an engine you buy one no strings attached , in this case front end.

we buy them cause we swap engines round in cars like u said and this way we get the computer, wireing loom and gear box aswell as the front end if u wanna use parts... u also get the cross member and sometimes that can swap right over... i was ganna get a silvia half cut with an sr20det and put the morot and struts in my old datsun 200b Coupe... but didn't have the money
