well you do have to look at the fact that the chinook was also not made for speed but for cargo and troop transport. I mean you have to say Boeing did try to make these heli's fast too, but keep a main perspective.

Max. Cruise Speed is 165mph so yeah!!! But the funny thing is that the giant CH-47 Chinook can actually outrun the AH-64
