We should have close to 100% voter participation. I have no idea why a person would not want to partcipate. These are the people who are running the country! It's not just about the President, it's in Congress where people should really focus on! That's where all the spending and saving (yes, it is possible to save AND be in Government) takes place! We need to better qualify the people who would be our Senators and Representatives! Come on people, get informed and VOTE!!
