People that give their children raw milk have them taken away. Yet, raw milk should be legal to buy. Raw milk is incredibly risky to drink. Some people say it has proteins that are broken down and destroyed by pasteurization, which, to an extent, is true. But raw milk is proven to have a higher contamination rate of E. coli and Salmonella. The problem I have with raw milk fans is that they completely ignore the thousands of cases where people got deathly ill from drinking it, and trick people

Organic requires 3 times as much land to produce the same amount of food.
PLUS...if you check, MOST outbreaks of sickness result from organic food.

People that give their children raw milk have them taken away. Yet, raw milk should be legal to buy. Raw milk is incredibly risky to drink. Some people say it has proteins that are broken down and destroyed by pasteurization, which, to an extent, is true. But raw milk is proven to have a higher contamination rate of E. coli and Salmonella. The problem I have with raw milk fans is that they completely ignore the thousands of cases where people got deathly ill from drinking it, and trick people

When they do this, they get people all riled up, and many people then force their children to drink raw milk. So while I have no problem with people choosing to put raw milk in their own body, as long as they know the facts on raw milk, tricking others and forcing their kids to drink it is criminal.

All small farms were driven out back in the 70's and 80's by the feed suppliers who were bought out by big farm concerns who lobby congress for their control over the food supply rights. News flash, most bacteria are good for you - also if you have a strong immune system, salmonella really isnt very dangerous - I got it a few months ago from eating cooked meat (not raw milk) and I was sick for about 5 days, that was it..

The pasteurization process is a lie. Most people that get bacteria today get it from pasteurized milk. It's how the milk is handled from factory to store that matters.
