Listen to the song Chrionics off show no mercy. It is fully melodic and demonstrates slayers capability. Everything is refined on that track. Slayer are one of my favourite bands but they are not for everyone. Maiden is my favourite band.

The mere knowledge of that music theory I mentioned in my previous comment proves my point. Also, slayer changed their musical style from fast new wave of British heavy metal to dark thrash. Listen to the song Chrionics off show no mercy. It is fully melodic and demonstrates slayers capability. Everything is refined on that track. Slayer are one of my favourite bands but they are not for everyone. Maiden is my favourite band.

Araya has demonstrated his powerful singing ability on tracks like silent scream, Lombardo is amazing and King and Hanneman are both good. The solo on the antichrist is pentatonic and aeolian. The solo on spirit in black relies of HARMONIC MINOR HARMONIZATION and in general, their riffs are intricate and are on the double harmonic scale.

Yes we had Sacrifice, Destruction, Kreator, Believer, Forbidden, Atrophy, and oh yeah Sadus all of them so much better in MY opinion.
