  • human body is the best weapon in the world after all...

  • who's that at 2:50? is that EZ?

  • 10 people can't do one push up

  • Whats the name of the addidas shoes there wearing ?? :)

  • back when no one cared about anything apart from movement and having a good time . how i miss it

  • Does Urbanfreeflow Have a branch in ireland? I hope they do!

  • !!!un país donde los policias practican parkour!!!! -> demostración de q cualquiera puede practicar parkour, lo que impide hacer las cosas son las maricadas q se nos meten a la cabeza, !!!y en colombia la policia es una mierda!!!!!

  • police should practice parkour instead of seeing how many dounuts they can stuff inside themselves

  • well....these guys know what they're ganna do when they leave the Marines :)

  • one of these commandos is PTI Sean Lerwill and wrote the Royal Marines Commando Fitness book.

    have a fact.

  • Now try freerunning :D

  • 7:20 even older people have something to grow up to be :D

  • Who is this guy at 3:57 ?

  • @PilotEppu Perttu Mäkinen, founder of finnish parkour association.

  • Right, now lets see these lads perform the same movements with 40 kg of kit.

  • I dont think EZ knows what expressions are

  • Hehe, I didnt know marines struggle with muscle ups :)

Almost could be saying "I do that everyday and he struggles with it?"

But then again, if hes never done that before it's awesome :p

I've done the 1hand first muscle up only ONCE, I learned simultaneous, and i'll keep it simultaneous. No cheating aye?

  • "You don't learn it by doing it once or twice, you learn by doing it a thousand times!" <3

  • i wish it would be me they learned

  • @elkaspero95 They taught. But yeah, wouldn't that be nice?

  • They must make perfect students. Fit and brave.

  • instead of run 'n' gun, parkour 'n' gun

  • What is the move at 4:04 called ???

  • @DaRussianz That's a precision to cat jump, or a cat leap.

  • @DaRussianz Thats called a flag (: look up on youtube "3run bar hold"

  • @DaRussianz cat leap

  • at 1:03 what is that move???

  • I suck you stupid niggers!!!!

  • EZ, what a huge twat

  • kool. livewire was there the current world champ

  • the whole experience they had was with me. I start looking at things in a way of how I can get on that roof! people see me jump of balconys and ask me if it hurts at all I just laugh and say no.

  • 0:39 does anyone know that song?

    Nice vid btw

  • type in 'theme of weaponology' on itunes or google, and you'll find out in about 5 minutes.

  • rolling isnt hard at all?? concrete, stone, grass its all the same

  • how did they learn to roll on concrete so quickly? I guess most people (assuming they have a good standard of fitness) would learn at 10x the speed of normal people when training with the like of UF. It makes such a differance when you are trying to learn a move, and you have somebody who can demonstrate it.

  • to make money you kinda have to be into the acrobatics, people who aren't into parkour don't find it particularly impressive...

  • What is fascinating is how similar their mind set is. well done both sets of guys

  • I heard about this - it makes sense. commando training was unorthodox since the beginning, so why not? I respect the parcour guys, and anything which adds to mobility/surpise = good. looking forward to this!

  • Ah! But royal marines are ninjas :D

  • interesting combination of like minded peoples, a good video

  • its easy parkour is getting from a to b in a flo motion

free running quite similar but getting from a to b in a stylish but fast motion

  • i think this stuff would be useful for military trainging...and extremely good for special forces,.... this plus the martial art i do (systema) and military training would make some really kick ass soldiers

  • Could anybody tell me what the song at the beginning is please?

  • how do i become a parkour freerunner

  • Conditioning (sit ups push ups) - train long, train safe, train harder.

    ????

    PROFIT!

Find someone that shares the interest, inspire and get inspired!

And for some it is important to get the core values straight, some 'tracuers' are competing, which others disagree with.

For me it is not a sport, not for competing, it is a lifestyle, the healthy mentality and meditation, exploring and improving.

    Good luck!

  • @paramor11 #1good cardio,2 good conditioninh(bodyweight is real important).3 Well take gymnastics class or run around, check youtube vids and learn with friends,a group or alone. MOST important=train, train, and be confident, don't worry about bruises.

  • nicely done all.

*we had people asking if we were ninjas*

    LOL : D

  • Very impressive stuff, from the Parkour guys and from a bunch of very talented performers, too.

  • Comment removed

  • Sorry man, thats not how it goes. lol

  • LOL @ 5:05

Watch in the background, and you can see a guy trying to do one of the moves.

  • One handed, one foot, cat jump? Impressive.

  • i did some wall jumps with the foot up and its really tough, they make it look so easy. its all about confidence.

started jumping fences and eyeing flagpoles to climb up.

what i would like to see is the prep they do before doing a move - do they check for loose rails, stones, etc

  • tbh what ive seen people do and what i do myself is check the grip u have on your shoes for precisions and wall runs and with rails make sure they are secure and wont move.

  • 6:47 onwards.. it's so true, free running has changed me physically and mentally.. how I look at things.. awesome video, part1 and 2 :)

  • lol yeh same...after the freerunning jam i was aching all over lol...its a great expieriance glad i wasnt the only 1 to feel it :)

  • The tracuers from urban freeflow should do this like as a proffession teaching the marines parkour. Think how much more manouverable the marines would be. They'd be like ninja

Although i'm sure it would be easy with a assault rifle, and a bergan on thier back

  • Haha, yeah. It would be pretty awesome, but with assault rifle and such it might be pretty heavy. It is already hard getting upon a big wall, and with that gear it's even harder ;)

Well, you got a point there, but though the japenese or chinese already train like that.. At least in movies, haha ^^

  • where do u get training for this shit

  • Well. If you're interested then you could ask if there's somebody nearby you could train with at the urban freeflow forums.

  • Wish there was a Parkour group in KY

  • KY = Kentucky

    right???

  • Ya, if you know anyone...

  • What legends...

  • neeh... parkour also teaches good morals and if these good things leak into the police force and the army then i think its a good thing.

and also if you are being chase by the police then that just means you have to improve your pk skillz haha and THAT! just means everyone will have more fun

  • In addition to what Mincent said, the government is, as far as we can tell, not a homogenous mass of oppression. The government, the military, and the police are made up of individuals. The majority of people are mentally wired to want to be kind to others, and help when possible. Parkour can only help that.

Besides, the worst thing you could do for parkour is to treat like a church, and only teach the "worthy".

  • they have great Master teaching them that why they can get it easyly.more than that they do it with heart and fun.wow! i want to be a warrior 2...im starting to learn parkour from you guys even im alone doing this in our town i will strive to become a warrior 2.wew! from philippines

  • very good iniciative, but always try to train with ppl, training alone can be dangerous in many ways :/

  • awesome videos. modern warriors.

  • Ha, my brothers a Royal Marine, but i think he'd be too fat to do parkour lol!

  • They could make it as Parkour legends easily.

  • Already really fit them commandos so im sure they would get it done faster than normal people. Surely 90% of the sports just being fit right?

  • About 80% Athleticsm, 10% Technique, 10% Balls.

  • 30% athletism 20% skills 50% having good time

  • Perhaps a combination of both?

  • yep

  • 30% athlestism 20% skill 25% luck 25% pain

    above all, its 100% fun

  • @QuikFlex64 0% luck.

    100% hard training..

  • @QuikFlex64

That much pain and you're doing it wrong. :P

  • @QuikFlex64 25% luck? meh

  • 100% heart

  • listen to the song remember the name

  • listen to the song remember the name by fort minor

  • yeah, the police should have some kinda training similiar to parkour,to get through this concrete jungle we live in

  • royal parkour! LOL XD

  • 6:50 - Unless you're English, you kinda have to focus to hear what he's sayin' :D

  • Any coppers out there, take note otherwise your gone. Wake up boys in blue. You are so toast with these guys.

  • That's why we Traceurs get a bad rep. T-T

  • Sorry mate you got me there. I think it was a observation really more so than a assumption that all young fellas will require chasing from the police. Its fantastic and great to watch. Fair cop on that my bad. Merry Christmas. Lomax

  • i had a go at parkour once and i loved it, we just kept getting moved off the streets where we were doing it as it was seen as. "Anti social" then eventually they just had regular guards n stuff where we used to go so it died, shame really i loved it. I mean i think every1 will agree parkour is bout having a laugh & doing things that you would have thought were impossible, people find something to keep em off crime n stuff then police complain and move it along. But well done lads :D merry xmas

  • do you guys do traing sesions anywhere

  • I think that police should be trained in Parkour. It'd make them so much more efficient.

  • would that be a good thing? :P

depends what side of the law you are on :P

  • @Volkade

all the gear they have to wear would cancel out the flow

  • @Volkade It was created in the first place as a fireman training routine by David Belle's dad. SO, clearly, If the world would wise up, this would be used all over the place.

  • @Volkade It might give them more respect for the sport as well

  • @Volkade in america they need 2 b trained on physical activity smh..

  • ninja marines......

  • now, peace will reign.

  • what do you mean ?

  • i was replying to the comment about ninja marines. So now that there is ninja marines, people will be in awe and fear and wont fight back against them. :]

  • The Royal Marines that got picked out for these were pretty funny blokes. Good vid.

  • fggt

  • Hey John, haven't seen you in awhile. Doing anything interesting these days?

  • where abouts in London are they warming up and practicin the roll in the first few minutes, i know about a lot of the good places but i'd quite like to have a look there, can anyone help please?

  • King's College London Waterloo campus mate

  • King's College London Waterloo campus mate

  • fully sick bro

  • Soon they will be scaling the walls of Iraq =] Ah, how fun but cool it would be... T'is cool they are using these skills

  • Get in there Royal !

  • Pentele! onkos se hämähäkki perttu tossa kohassa o.55 ! suomalaista osaamistaa jeah!

  • Being American, I think it's sweet that the military actually offered their guys this chance. I'd love to meet and learn from these guys. Maybe I should move to Europe. Just don't hate me for my accent.

  • its not about there location or there nationality, its about how dedicated you are at something, and when you are, you are good at it, then it takes you places

  • Ace !

  • Not all Americans speak bad English....And the United States Marine Core is Among the Finest Fighting men in the world.

  • ....You misspelled 'corps'

  • u flipin racist u dont deserve to be english scum

  • watch?v=F67JhKT5bxU

  • so much people know parkour, but the most isn't able to do anything, thats too stupid!!

do parkour don't watch how pros do this!!!

  • wow i watch that in 4:50 and make me think about to stop practicing parkour

  • awesome vids, thanks for uploading

  • in 6:50 the guy talks really fast...

  • Lol, I didn't even get a single word of what he said xD

  • is english your second language?

  • paraphrasing: "I don't think I'll ever walk down a highstreet again seeing something without wondering if I can jump off it"

  • true english not american shit..

  • haha xD, i dont get a single word, is some thing like.... "ddsjkdlasdlñjfdskl, that would be nice"

  • i heard him just fine, well course i could be insane...

  • I've been a PKer for 5 years but also passed the PRMC.

The Marines swept the floor... not only are they elite soldiers but they clearly got those PK moves down straight away.

Wouldn't take them long to get to an incredible level, whereas it would take your average "elite" PKer yonks (if physically possible at all for them) to get a Green Beret.

    No contest.

  • wtf was that perttu?

  • Yep that was Spidet.

  • applaud! :) good video!

  • im joining the marines!!!! woo

PRMC is in 7 days :o

  • sick vid!

  • I like this guys so much. The marines are so disciplined i would liketo be like them some day.

  • awesome video

  • I lol'd when he said 'I'm going to be a Parkour legend' haha

  • a man can dream...

  • AWESOME!!!!!!

  • This is actually an old video that we've unearthed and hooked up. Was an amazing experience and so much fun to do.

  • nice :D

  • This is easily my favorite parkour related video hands down.

I was waiting for some branch of military to catch on.

    Plus the introduction was fantastic.

  • nais

  • Fantastic! =]
