  • @TheNobleBard i think thats a 100 kilo plate, shes doing one each side so that will be 200 kilos plus the bar is 50 kilos so about 250 kilos mate. Not bad for a woman really although ive seen better.

    With the Romanian deadlift only the back make a stretch. The knies stay in a bent position.
