It's a bonus track for the German, Brazilian and Japanese editions of Era Vulgaris. But yeah it was intended to be put on Lullabies to Paralyze but they lost the tapes. It was also released as a 7" Vinyl to fans who had tickets to a London show after the band canceled there several times.
