  • Is this Travelall for sale if it is how much

  • reminds me of grumpy old men

  • Nice! Makes me miss my '71 w/392. was a blast at the dunes. with a eddie 650cfm carb, she passed anything but a gas station! About 8-9 mi./gal. Still, I loved that beast.

  • Nice, thats exactly what Internationals were famous for, not getting stuck. Also 1:36- 1:40, tell me that the driver does not look like Larry the Cable Guy. IH forever!

  • They stopped making 266's in the late 60's. They were never offered to my knowledge in D-Series pickups, Travelalls, Travelettes, or Wagonmasters. I'd say the last year for 266's were '68. D-series medium duties were made from late '69 to '75

  • Thanks, I don't know why I said 348 instead of 345. Didn't know about the AMC six, but it does make sense. Were any different engines installed in the Scout II?

  • Back and forth, back and forth...BORING. Most likely a 348 cid IH V8, in 73 and part of 74 they used AMC 401 cid V8s

  • Thanks for the info.Much appreciated.

  • IH installed three V8's in medium duty trucks in the early 70's a 304, 345 and a 392. An AMC 258 was standard but rarely sold. In the mid 70's due to strikes and over demand for the 392 they started installing AMC401's..

  • Don't forget the 266

  • Of course not! The 266 was not offered to my knowledge on D-series trucks (69-75). IH stopped offering the 266 around 68/

  • Is it a v8?Sounds like a v8.Amazing cars,I'd be happy to have one of these or a j50 landcruiser.Nice.
