The year this audition took place, this is what happened: Terrell Brittenum has been in jail since January 10, and his brother is wanted by police. The Brittenums had outstanding criminal warrants when the show aired. Both were charged in Rockdale County, Georgia, with forgery, theft by deception and financial identity fraud over the purchase of a 2005 Dodge Magnum last June. The brothers allegedly used another man's identity to buy the car.

There Audition was SPECTACULAR!!!! But as Season 5 went on and they had to "work and co-exist" with other people...their "true colors" appeared!!! I think that the time that one of the twins quit the show after telling Simon off for what he thought that Simon had disrespected his brother. By the time that his brother, Ryan and some one else told him that it didn't happen he tried to ask to stay..but they gave him what he originally ask for.
