i love the rearsets and tailpiece. and rear discs on this bike is a great idea, i have a drum on my 360 cafe racer, and it's basically a useless silvery hub ornament.
guess there's something wring with your hub and/or pads and/or adjustment. Don't have any problems with my 360's rear brake :p. Get some new pads, give the inside of your hub a quick whipe with a coarse sanding paper, and adjust your brake-pedal...
When I saw this bike all I was thinking was "what can I sell to get enough money to buy this beutie" yeah it's only s 360 but I would wish I could have such a ride in my herd of bikes.
@pooper7x You can find a couple of good used original CB 360's on ebay. I just bought one recently and it was less than $800. You can then convert them over to cafe racer to whatever you desire.
