SPOILERS! Snake teams up with Meryl in first chapter. Meryl Betrays Snake because Liquid controls SOP. Snake ends up killing her. Snake heads of to South America to continue tracking Liquid, there he meets EVA (AKA BIG MOMMA) together they sneak through the place and end up fighting the 4 beauties in diff locations. Naomi and Sunny are held hostage together and Snake rescues them after defeating the last Beast. It is implied that Sunny is molested by vamp. That's as far as i've gotten.

Johnny is not affected in the video since he is a GENOME SOLDIER, he is the same person that meryl beat up in MGS1 and is just like all those guys wearing the white uniform in MGS1.

Thus he's unaffected.

They're operating with the storyline that's kind of combined between the two endings of MGS1.

Meryl lived and escaped with Snake and Snake met up with Otacon after Shadow Moses.

Liquid's back as Ocelot. :p Liquid is an arm now.

Whoever it is is important, and whoever it is has no nanomachines in his body and is not being affected by the seizures hitting everybody else.

Nope. I'm pretty sure every Japanese person, along with everyone who knows the PS3 will win the console war is happy MGS4 is a PS3 exclusive.

So is Hideo Kojima, who loves the PS3, and wants it exclusively for it.
