Very nice! Not even remotely Barbershop, though. More of a Vocal Jazz arrangement.

You should publish it if you haven't already! If you don't want to charge for it (some arrangers don't charge for hymns, on the grounds of not making money for the Lord's work), but don't want it Public Domain where anyone could make a few changes and claim it as their own, you should consider applying Creative Commons "SOME Rights Reserved" copyright to it.
