  • This is excellent information, the market for cheaper homes (under 350,000) has gotten so complicated with multiple offers that it is extremely difficult to know what to do.

  • Good information Al. It sounds like you can waste a lot of time chasing Short Sales in a pre-foreclosure scenario and that you are far better off to go through a bank AFTER the foreclosure.

    Hope we hear more in-depth information on this as I have just started researching real estate investing.
