Agreed. He defeated Mr.Hyde, and the Hood has been shown. The Hood is such a gruesome demon super villain that should be featured in more Punisher stories plus other marvel stories.

Marvel, can I ask you why this book is 3.99? It was a standard length story, but the "SAGA" half is nothing but a reprinted material and information we readers can get off Wikipedia for free. Why are you charging us readers 4 bucks for a book, of which half is material I'm sure most of us readers do not want?

That comment had nothing to do with the PWZ movie.

It was actually a reference to Remender's predecessor/co-writer Matt Fraction, who wrote one of the worst (and dumbest) 616 Punisher interpretations in recent history.

Marvel also wants to make 616 Punisher as different as possible from Punisher MAX, they fear fans are too stupid to treat two titles differently. Remender is just talking up Castle's intellect because of an editorial edict to have him fight superheroes who outclass him.

I've always been a fan of the comics, but the films have always lacked the style and edginess of the comics. Instead opting for just action action action, which is fine, but I wanna see a more stylised Punisher film.
