i would say replace your salary consistently for 6 months before you consider quiting your job, i would even say, double your salary of course that will be dependent on what type of money you make on your 9 to 5

Another option is to get a Vumber. Get any area code and direct calls where you want. I'm planning to try this in some virtual markets. However, I just use my local skype number. Most people have unlimited phone calling and they just dial numbers with regular area codes.

here-here! Homeowners want a local investor for the same reason you want to buy a TV from your local electronics store.....so you can reach them real easy, for contacting, (or for choking ;) j/k).

But seriously, if whoever out there wants to use a 1-800 number, you can always put in smaller print on the sign "I am a local investor" or something like that.

Then again, dont clutter the message to get the phone to ring. :)
