  • The biggest comment, Part one

This is an extremely bad example of the Kuleshov effect.

The Kuleshov effect is used in allmost every area of film and tv. Imagine that first you see a shot of some kids playing on the beach and then it changes to some birds flying around in the sky. Now imaging a shot of a mean lion roaring. Put a shot after that, what does your brain try to do? It trys to put all of the different shots together to make a story.

  • The biggest comment, Part two,

tbh it doesn't matter what the images are, our brains will still look (and make) a meaning which is very worrying because if we know what something makes someone feall then we can control what people think.

  • oh, now, when i have just seen the par B i understand:)

  • so this effect is like when you show one shot repetedly among aother shots?
