The bassist playing with Joe is the late Major Holley--my uncle!! He played with "just about everybody", it was said of him when he passed in 1990. Marian McPartland is at the piano, but I don't recognize the drummer. Thank you so much for posting this!!
@tholley8215 The drummer is, I think, Cliff Leeman. There are clips here on youtube of him playing with Eddie Condon and also the Raymond Scott Quintet on the song "Powerhouse". After writing this I notice that the poster of the video has Leeman listed up in the notes. But anyway, its nice to see musicians in different contexts if anybody cares to watch Leeman elsewhere.

great vid! I got to meet Joe in 1975 at the Robert Mondavi Summer festival. I was in high school and was a stage hand. Joe showed up without an amp, I had to drive to my house and get my old Acoustic 150 so he cold perform. Fun memory,
@chineechik That reminds me of a similar story about Venuti. An old musician remembered when he was a teen in 1927 and Venuti came to play a gig in Atlantic City. Venuti opened his case and found the violin was broken. The kid said I've got a violin, he ran home, got the violin and gave it to Venuti. Venuti played the job, handed the violin back and said "Thanks kid. What a piece of shit!"

Joe Venuti: He played the violin like an angel. How sad though that we can never see 1975 videos of Eddie Lang or Bix Beiderbecke!
