There is nothing wrong with Megan replacing audacious with the world ridiculous... and she answered the question with an answer that made perfect sense. I don't understand why Seyfried shat a brick. That was actually quite impertinent of her. Megan is not the dumb girl that everyone automatically assumes she is.

Actually -ridiculous- means silly, foolish, absurd, humorous, idiotic; and -audacious- means brave, fearless, daring, brazen ... so, I wouldn't say her replacing ridiculous for audacious had perfect seanse but I do say that she pulled it off well considering she didn't know the meaning of the word audacious. I don't think she sounded stupid as hell but I can't say she is very smart after hearing her in some other interviews she done.

She has admitted to trying to mess with interviewers before which resulted in people bashing her. Try WATCHING an interview where she is actually talking and not having her words twisted..
