  • Hei sähän oot suomesta? Voiks jelppaa ku mulla tulee toho F-securen kuvan päälle tuol vasemmas alakulmas semmonen puna/Valkonen rasti ja siin lukee toiminta häiriö: Virus ja vakoilu suojaus.. ?

  • Shock your friends with a fake and free sms virus joke :)

It's an awesome viral joke! Check my profile for details

  • really cool....

  • can the nokia e90 be upgrated to the latest symbian software? symbian os 9.5?

  • it comes back.. it comes back.. it comes back over and over and over again haha

  • i like your accent

  • I know its pretty cool!

  • could it happen to a sony erricson 910i would it keep coming back or go away

  • does the 910i uses the symbian os? it wont affect the latest versions.

  • it does not but the 950 does.

  • yea i got w910i and im thinking the same question

  • well take the battery out if u get it

  • Just to clarify, from the video info:

"Do note that Cabir is a 2nd edition Bluetooth worm and wouldn't be able to successfully infect these devices even if it would be accepted."

  • Stop been stupid!

Only Symbian os 60 1 and 2 can be infected with that.

  • Yay! I got Cabir.Dropper on my E90 :D But I didn't install it :D Should I install it?

  • can a nokia 5300 xpress music get this?

  • probably could cause it doesn't run symbian

  • great video!

  • So what do you do if you have a E60 device and receive a Cabir virus? I plan on buying the E61 which if I understand correctly runs on the older platform and is vulnerable to the Cabir virus.

Thanks for the informative video guys!

  • great video. really helped me to see the effects of bluetooth worms

  • Many thanks for posting the informative video, previously I thought the bluetooth viruses spread after first time acceptance, and the virus will not try again, however, as demonstrated in the video this is not the case. Another additional security would be to changing the bluetooth options to make the Phone invisible to other bluetooth devices.

  • GOD BLESS YOU for the Video Info

    Job well done guys

Need more Videos like these about the E90

You sure helped me make up my mind, I will buy E90 after seeing this Video :)

    Thxs again

  • very nice and interesting video.

the e60 is my current phone that will be replaced next week with a e90... :)

  • since both of the phones are Symbian S60 3rd edition phones, can we expect to see an update for the E60 like phones so that it would work (protect) same as E90? If not, why not?

  • E60 is running on the original version of S60 3rd Edition (or S60 3.0), whereas E90 Communicator is running on S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1 (or S60 3.1).

Nokia hasn't made any announcements to offer FP1 updates.

However, as far as I've understood, Cabir, Commwarrior, Mabir or other Bluetooth malware don't actually run on any S60 3rd Ed. device.

  • Excellent video once again :) Keep up the good work :) Where there any perticualr reason that you used the Nokia6630 as the virus spreader?

  • The 6630 just happened to be the closest 2nd edition phone in the lab.

As for the 3rd edition units, we probably should have used a Nokia E61 as the demo unit instead of E60 (which is much rarer than E61).

  • Nice.. This is one of the reasons why I use bluetooth only with some reliable friends.
