  • Good for you, I came to youtube to learn how to replace a bathtub, something I have never had to do before, some videos better then

Others but still was able to do the job. Also might I suggest, an ooops factor, videos here and TV shows, never show the little tricks used everyday or how to fix a screwup. I remodeled my bathroom, not a straight line or square corner until I fixed them all, funny how TV shows seem to have perfect everything 90% of the time, unless it is a specific show. Good Luck

  • @ptcpaul I know what you mean about perfect conditions, or videos that show you how to start something, but what about all the things you seem to have questions with? Sometimes I think (& some people agree) that I talk too much but I figure the more I talk....the more you learn. At least that's what I strive for. Some videos are better than others but I think I'm getting the message out. Thanks for checking out my channel & videos. I appreciate it! Joe :0

  • Hi good video, yes close up would have been nice, you could have taken scrap sheetrock and showed it on table top, and here is a trick I use, instead of cutting I use a small wood rasp and tape wharever side needs protection, may not burn as many calories as sawing, but faster.

Dont let jerks keep you from posting, just do video how you would want it presented to you

  • @ptcpaul Thanks for your tips & advice! Don't worry. Still making videos as we speak.....& will never stop! Joe :0

  • Can't see sh!t

  • @unitim The crux of the video is you need to have enough clearance so your bullnose trim will sit properly, without bulging. You don't really need a closeup for that plus I was just learning how to run my camera & couldn't figure out how to prevent camera shake when zooming in so I thought the best thing to do was make sure I explained everything so you would be able to still do your project. Watch it again & I know you will learn from it. Joe :0
