In my opinion the best "Range/Sniper" weapon is from the dlc "Operation: Anchorage" the Gauss Rifle IT HAS A BASE DAMAGE OF 98 (if you have 100 energy weapons) it can 1 hit mostly everything and if you collect all the ammo for it at the end you should get at least 200 bullets!

Guys, the Experimental MIRV is actually only good in the terms of damage. Other than that, you need a fuckton of mini nukes just to use a bit longer than just roughly three seconds, plus it's only really good on some huge battle situations and such, since it covers a large area with explosions. I still wouldn't count on it too much, especially on normal fighting situations. TBH, I only find it usable in the fight with Liberty Prime against the Enclave, other than that, it's pretty useless.
