I'm thinking about buying this app, but i'm just wondering if you have a version with monthly rate instead of annual rate (%), because here in brazil it's the way the negotiate our loans... Do you?

to get annual rate with monthly rate you just multiply by 12

This is a great application. The best part about it is that I don't need to carry a financial calculator around with me in addition to my iPhone, all my tables and even interest paid over the life of the loan are there. It's good for hypotheticals (such as going in to buy a car) and for a bunch of different scenarios. Great job!

Looks like a great app. I agree the music is a bit distracting. I think this would be great to use when going to buy a car. You can quickly calculate if it would be better to take the cash upfront or the APR offered. :)

looks like a very promising app. the home loan/amortization schedule alone would make it a handy tool for people looking to buy a home or refinance at the palm of your hand - export formats are the icing on top of the cake. very very cool.

btw, in terms of the soundtrack - nice synchronization of the music/beats with what's happening on the screen.

this looks like an amazing app that can solve a lot of problems when it comes to calculating money etc. this app saves a lot of people who are not good with loans and in my opinion, if this app came out earlier i think the economy wouldn't be this bad haha! GREAT WORK!
