It is more like FURDOR only UR(Ё)(like in "your" without "r"- is very short and stress goes on this first UR without trying to pronounce R. You can skip pronouncing letter O like in FURDR, but you have to pronounce second R clearly.

небось если б в самом начале в PRIDE написали бы "Фёдор", то английским коментаторам латиницей написали "Fyodor", а не "Fedor"

К сожалению забугорные ребята могут решить, что их тупыми считают )) Просто изначально в заявках на бои, прессе, инете нашим надо было писать имя не транслитом Fedor (получается ФЭдор или ФэдОр), а Fyodor, тогда может они бы и умели праввльно произносить
