One comment, if you click the arrow that point right (for example the one next to the word "Move") you can then enter the total distance and the software will calculate the spacing for you. So if you want 7 panels (which, for this example are 20 units long each) to cover a total distance of 200 units it will move each copy 28.571 units along (28.571 x 7 = 200). Useful for building/architecture models :-)

How do u make an array Around a circle instead of straight path..like if i wanna create pillars around a circle

@xavierx93 I think under the array options, on the left, under the "Incremental" options, the second line of X Y Z values gives you the option for rotation. So probably if you wanted a complete circle using 6 objects, just set them each apart 60 degrees on the x axis (360 degrees divided by 6 objects= 60 degrees of separation.) That should give you a circle array.

Your tutorials are really solid. I'm not a beginner with MAX anymore, but I'm watching these from the beginning to brush up on some skills. I only don't like when you say "I don't know why" in places where you surely do - like the thing about MAX placing the copy exactly where the original is, or the thing about keyboard shortcuts for select, move, rotate, scale (because the qwer keys are close together, so it's handy). I don't mind it, though. Overall, great work! Keep it up!

I think Max put copy on top of the original because is the easyest and more logical position to create it.

If I'm not wrong, Blender also put the copy on top :)
