I do want to point out however that guided missiles, smart bombs, and drones are all controlled by government or government contractor forces. 9/11 was not (as far as i know) a government (of any nation) sanctioned attack. The US has terrorist groups as well, but you don't see many US based terrorist groups flying planes into buildings, let alone piloting drones or launching guided missiles. You instead see bombings (non-suicidal) and hostage takings.

We provided them with lower level biological agents during their War against Iran because they could be treated and were not likely to cause death, unlike the stockpiles of Anthrax and Sarin that he had gained from the USSR. The "VX" used was actually a very inpure form they tried to develop in their own labs. It was deemed 1% as toxic as true VX.

Saddam didn't fight the Russians.
I think your mixing up Iraq and Afghanistan.
Saddam was in Iraq FYI and was assisted to power by the CIA.

@lesdoyle2000 I don't want to assume your a conspricy theorist but you definetly seem to be going down that road. We did not put Saddam in power, we did however were involved in a coup to put the Ba'ath party in power because they pro-US and not pro-Soviet.

@lesdoyle2000 The source you provided had a broken link to where it got it's source. We provided Iraq with biological samples medical research and other purposes up until 1989, we also sent them manufacturing blueprints. We were trying to help them cure diseases. The "chemical weapons" we sold them included anthrax, West Nile virus, botulism, and Brucella melitensis. We sold it next to nothing by the way.

The UK paid for a chlorine plant where mustard gas was manufactured. Brazil provided around 100 tons of mustard gas before the UK funded plant was up and running. Many other country's as you can see in the source I provided such as Germany, Russia, China, and other big players at the time (who had a bigger part then the US did) gave Iraq weapons. But yet here you are souly blaming the US, but why hmm?

Did you notice the date US continued to sell Saddam biological weapons as reported in the congressional report?
It is interesting that the US doesn't let a war stop business but then we never did learn how much Kuwait paid to get US to invade Iraq.
It reminded me of IBM servicing German machines during WWII

You misunderstood my reference to the date.
The congress report said US sold biological weapons to Saddam till March 1992.
The Gulf war was in 1991.
I thought you would have been smart enough to see that US still sold Saddam biological weapons after the Gulf war. Soldiers are expendable :)
