  • note at 0:03 is out of tune. could be the strings or the construction of the guitar

  • love your interpretation ! well done :)

  • nice~

  • buen camino nathalie

  • legato legato legato.

  • ah yeah this piece is sick ... love it ! :)

  • yeah to stop the squeaks she will need to learn how to lfift her heand probarrly along the string without making the squeaking noises:)

  • In my opinion, this particular piece can be played without squeaks only on polished silver wound bass strings, such as Savares HT Alliance 540 RH. But they live 1 week at best and are rather expensive. Professional guitarists play only one concert on them. D-Adario EJ45LP live mich longer and may be considered as a good compromise, although they are still not as "soft" as 540 RH. Anyway, great job and THANKS FOR POSTING!

    Felicidades!!!

  • for years i was looking for a woman i want to marry just because the skill of playing guitar she has .. now i find you here .. but i've been married already and couldn't ask you to be my wife .. what a poor guy i am ...!

  • lol thanks

  • Hi, congratulations I agree with your partners and I like your work realy. I am a guitar student to and I tink you have a lot of talent

  • My dear, you are very talented and I congratulate you for your effort, but please, learn to move your left hand without those terrible squeaks which cover the music some times. You are no longer a student; you play at a professional level and this technical shortcoming is not acceptable and will be detrimental to your career. Carlevaro, who was a great teacher, was banning those noises that many professional players wrongly believe that are normal and acceptable. Otherwise, warm congratulations!

  • thank you for your comment Curatica! I will work on that a lot.

  • The Villa Lobos pieces are often a little better when you're not playing on really new base strings, because its easier to avoid the squeaking. Maybe try out some of the polished base strings for your recordings if you like the sound of the new bases. Fantastic job though!

  • @Curatica couldn't she just oil the neck of the guitar? or maybe lift her hands from the strings instead of sliding?

  • Very, very nice song. If you get a chance please take a look at my vid "Change Has Come - Dreams Do Come True."

  • I am honestly in love with you.

  • ooooooooh nice!! Beautiful music!

  • You are the best. I love you friiiiiend.

  • thank you liettyyy :)

  • bravo nathalie, it's a hard piece and you play with a great technique, compliments patrick, friendly

  • cool, try to use more vibrato on melody in this one and you would see the resoults, also i can give you some tricks to dont make any noise with your left hand ;)

  • Lady You are ready be-pro.

  • 5 stars. well done. you are a great tacnical player. As soon as possible I'll post better video.but Your videos are perfect.

  • u're amazing =)

espero que sigas asi de bien =)

  • Very cool! Amazing technique. I've been playing for almost two years, and I'm still trying to finger pick successfully.

  • one of my favorites of Villa Lobos. He was the first to use those movable chord shapes over open strings to get those really colorful harmonies. Have you played any of the other preludes?

  • thanks!. yeah, he uses a lot of open strings for color. I play all of the 5 preludes. love them.

  • Can you share the 3rd one?

  • You play very very good with both hans, compliment really good very very good.

  • Very good! But make sure you have a really good teacher, or else your talent may be wasted. There are a few bad habits in both hands that are best spotted and corrected at an early age, and this needs a good teacher.
