@cccheatsdotcom When you start a new game, there will be couple of ''pages'' with characters on them, the first one you will see is Marty Alencar, if you scroll to the right, you'll flip page and there will be a different character. there are about 8 or 9 characters to choose from. after you picked one, the other characters will be sent to safe houses around the game world to be unlocked and the game will start . :)

I hope this helps, i am not very good at explaining things.
