When making Colloidal Silver always remember a lite yellow is preffered. If the product you make is any other color then a light yellow.There is a problem. Throw it out and start over. Well researched talk, I also think it's worth mentioning that different people metabolize differently, so one person may have to take massive amounts of Silver to turn blue and another may turn blue at a lower amount depending on how they metabolize silver, small particles or not.

@VicktheChick you can instead connect three 9 Volt alkaline batteries with battery clips/snaps, and use two alligator snaps (one to the plus and the other to the minus) and attach the silver wire (or cut-in-half ingot) to each and put that in distilled water which has been heated (or as it is on the heater - like a coffee heater/warmer?). It is the cheapest way, no need for a machine. You can connect LED in there somewhere to show the conductivity of the water which can be bought at pharmacist.

@deathofisrael inary stones, and infection...it's been a while; I hope you are better. If the condition still exists, may I suggest you check what you are eating and drinking. I'd bet a diet almost 89-90 % plant based; with a good amount of clean filtered water; would stop the stones and infection; in addition to colloidal silver.. Reduce processed food, sugar soda; add raw and steamed veggies. It's usually the nutrition and water that provides a cure.

In my personal experience I've tried Collodial Silver myself in a gel substance and used it really as toothpaste, it some how (and I still find it rather strange that it did this) strengthened my teeth and actually helped fix some cavities I had and stopped agonizing tooth ache,so it saved me from the dentist... I have to retract some of the things I said, the yellow may be normal, especially if using hot water, but I have noticed a major thing, when using hot water, you will get a higher ppm reading on a TDS meter, but after it's been cooled, it will lose about half of the original reading while it was still hot. Sorry to blog on this guys vlog, but seemed appropriate since I am just learning how to make proper colloidal silver and feedback, good or bad, is welcomed.
Found out what the difference is between hot and cold water, using cold water, I got 15ppm after 3.5-4 hours and it was mercy brown color, but then I used hot water, not even close to boiling, just hot and got 22 ppm after a mere 1 hour and 20 minutes. It isn't yellow, it remains sort of clear, but obviously has something in it and made all testing with a TDS meter. Next test will be with hotter water than hot water on a stove, assuming it doesn't get dirty during the process.

@MrJeffw223 Correct, if it is turning yellow, it has been exposed to light and it's tarnishing. Make it in a dark container, test after an hour then tested after every 30 minutes with a TDS meter. I use cold water only because I have yet to learn why it should be hot. The distilled part I finally understand, it helps with testing, start with zero anything after that is silver. Remember how old film was done by exposure, that will explain why it should not be yellow.

I agree with much of what you say, however yellow solution means you have stripped on larger particles. It should be clear, any tone to the water means larger particulate silver is reflecting light. Also particulate silver will not test with a PPM meter so you really don't know the total silver content particulate or ionic.
If you make it right you can make DEAD CLEAR colloidal to 20ppm this means high ionic content, weak tyndall effect and only about 10% particulate.

i just started using colloidal silver for my BPH. I am amazed how well it's working so far. @luisamedina1 Don't worry about the tree looking effect, this isn't nothing to worry about I get the same effect and my C/Silver has proven to be EXTREEMLY EFFECTIVE with the proof to show. When you see this effect you want to take the silver wires from the distilled water and clean them off then place them back into the glass. This effect happens when the water you use is a bit too hot, this will cause the silver particles to become larger and that you can prevent by filtering the C/Silver

This gentleman is obviously very well educated and articulate. I have been researching the effects of colloidl sivler myself for sometime now. I wish I had discovered it a year ago when i suffered 3rd degree burns on my leg. My doctor gave me a MRSA antibiotic as a precaution. I broke out into full body hives for a week. I wished I was dead. I spent a LOT of money to only be made more sick. I will no longer subject my body to "trial and error" medicine. Our medical industry is arrogant.

I have used the silver particle solutions made by electrolysis and I have made my own.
The Silver solutions made from electrolysis contain mostly silver ions
(sometimes 99 % to 90 % and the rest is silver particles)
The particle sizes are considered huge on the nano meter scale ranging from sometimes as low as 100 nano meters to 10,000 nano meters.
Also, it is the silver particles that do the job.
Not the silver ions.

I already know the truth. I have done my reaserch for 10 years and there is only one company I know that makes a true colloid.
Silver particle solutions made from electrolysis are not classisfied as a true colloid.
The meaning of a true colloid means the metal particles "never" fall out of suspension.
Paints are classified as a colloids.
However, given time the solid particles will eventually settle to the bottom of the paint can or container and need to be re-emulsified by agitiation.

When making Colloidal Silver always remember a lite yellow is preffered. If the product you make is any other color then a light yellow.There is a problem. Throw it out and start over. It may be your water or maybe contamination of the jar your using to cook in.I always use the same jar time after time. if you cook it to long the large particles will fall out and this is what causes a person to turn Blue, Tap water will turn blue and you too.

Well researched talk, I also think it's worth mentioning that different people metabolize differently, so one person may have to take massive amounts of Silver to turn blue and another may turn blue at a lower amount depending on how they metabolize silver, small particles or not.

@VicktheChick you can instead connect three 9 Volt alkaline batteries with battery clips/snaps, and use two alligator snaps (one to the plus and the other to the minus) and attach the silver wire (or cut-in-half ingot) to each and put that in distilled water which has been heated (or as it is on the heater - like a coffee heater/warmer?). It is the cheapest way, no need for a machine. You can connect LED in there somewhere to show the conductivity of the water which can be bought at pharmacist.

I'd bet a diet almost 89-90 % plant based; with a good amount of clean filtered water; would stop the stones and infection; in addition to colloidal silver.. Reduce processed food, sugar soda; add raw and steamed veggies. It's usually the nutrition and water that provides a cure.

The yellow(ing) coloration of ionic silver water occurs as a result of the interaction of the particles with light. If you end up with a colorless solution at 10 ppm you can easily turn it yellow using a green laser. Merely shine the laser thru the solution (in a darkened room you will visualize the reflective nature of the particles) and voila, it turns straw yellow. Heat has nothing to do with it.

Would be enough just to place one silver object, and leave the water to do the rest? After all - water is the greatest solution ! It can dissolve any object. Only need time. And i'm sure - the faster we want that CS, the larger the particles will be. I think, we should aim, to produce our CS a little bit slower , so that particles to be smaller than 0.01mm. In my personal experience I've tried Collodial Silver myself in a gel substance and used it really as toothpaste, it some how (and I still find it rather strange that it did this) strengthened my teeth and actually helped fix some cavities I had and stopped agonizing tooth ache,so it saved me from the dentist... So I'm pretty grateful to Colloidal silver, everyone should try it before they say it's bad.
And yes, the gel turns yellow too if it's exposed to light, that's true, use it in the dark.

I have to retract some of the things I said, the yellow may be normal, especially if using hot water, but I have noticed a major thing, when using hot water, you will get a higher ppm reading on a TDS meter, but after it's been cooled, it will lose about half of the original reading while it was still hot. Sorry to blog on this guys vlog, but seemed appropriate since I am just learning how to make proper colloidal silver and feedback, good or bad, is welcomed.

Found out what the difference is between hot and cold water, using cold water, I got 15ppm after 3.5-4 hours and it was mercy brown color, but then I used hot water, not even close to boiling, just hot and got 22 ppm after a mere 1 hour and 20 minutes. It isn't yellow, it remains sort of clear, but obviously has something in it and made all testing with a TDS meter. Next test will be with hotter water than hot water on a stove, assuming it doesn't get dirty during the process.

@MrJeffw223 Correct, if it is turning yellow, it has been exposed to light and it's tarnishing. Make it in a dark container, test after an hour then tested after every 30 minutes with a TDS meter. I use cold water only because I have yet to learn why it should be hot. The distilled part I finally understand, it helps with testing, start with zero anything after that is silver. Remember how old film was done by exposure, that will explain why it should not be yellow.

@TREACLE97 wow.. really, you have mild argyria? You can avoid argyria altogether if you ensure what you have are real nanoparticles of silver, and not silver chloride or any other silver compounds. Ionic silver may also be ok. It's quite a precise process!
If you have argyria, I believe it is also reversible, I've read stuff about this on curezone. I can give you the link if you want but just google "curezone vitamin e argyria" (no quotes) and it'll pop up.

@Blndrfist No. Silver products really work. I'm the biggest skeptic ever and I only tried it because I was desperate for something that would help my BPH. I can honestly say I've gotten a lot of relief from silver supplements.
However there is one bummer and that's that I've since learned most of these products being sold are not true colloidal silver, they are inferior ionic silver (also called silver hydrosol) which still works but is nowhere near as effective as true colloidal silver.

@Blndrfist I'm in healthcare. and acquired several nosocomial infections; highly infectious impetigo; and a virulent cellulitis. I used the CS I made in my kitchen to cure myself. Both conditions were challenging to resolve; and fast moving; but CS cured them. I did have to inject directly into the impetigo lesion as well as take oral dosing; and even intravenous administration of CS. I now keep a gallon ready, and some at work. Granted the public would probably have to enter the healthcare system even if they had CS, because the right route and dosing is needed for significant conditions. I agree with much of what you say, however yellow solution means you have stripped on larger particles. It should be clear, any tone to the water means larger particulate silver is reflecting light. Also particulate silver will not test with a PPM meter so you really don't know the total silver content particulate or ionic.
If you make it right you can make DEAD CLEAR colloidal to 20ppm this means high ionic content, weak tyndall effect and only about 10% particulate.

i just started using colloidal silver for my BPH. I am amazed how well it's working so far. I haven't been able to urinate right for 16 years, suddenly my problem is about 50% cured, after a week with CS treatment. The only other product that's ever helped was Cipro and extremely strong antibiotic that the docs would not let me stay on for more than 2 months.
I am an odd case in that I got BPH at age 20 and it's been getting progressively worse for 16 years, I was considering surgery.

@luisamedina1 Don't worry about the tree looking effect, this isn't nothing to worry about I get the same effect and my C/Silver has proven to be EXTREEMLY EFFECTIVE with the proof to show. When you see this effect you want to take the silver wires from the distilled water and clean them off then place them back into the glass. This effect happens when the water you use is a bit too hot, this will cause the silver particles to become larger and that you can prevent by filtering the C/Silver

@prayingrobots Be it known the reason one turns blue is only because he or she is drinking larger particles which haven't been filtered out of the final solution. This can easily be avoided by filtering the C/Silver solution leaving only the smaller particles. When larger particles get beneith the inner skin of your pours they get trapped closing the pour in effect turning you blue, in order to turn one blue you would need to drink tons of the C/Silver. my email is vinniemancinelli@yahoo.com

@FadedHolySoldier you can look up silver solutions on you tube and see if you want that product. this stuff wont turn you blue. outtta look into it. or you can order it off of jim bakker show for cheaper.

I tried making a batch, I used 4 9volt batteries, a "multi-meter" followed directions and the test showed 22.3 & 22.9 when I tested as per instructions.. and it said I should see higher than 4???? i set it up a gain, 4 9volts + to - and alligator clips on opposite ends for 35 minutes & 2 more with just + silver rod..."what am I doing wrong?

@ozzyman1203 Why are you using 4 9Volt batteries to make C/Silver, it's usually just 3. Anyhow do you use a TDM - Total Disolve Meter ? if so then you want a final reading of atleast 10 if you only want to maintain a good healthy lifestyle, only drink 1/4 cup every day NO MORE unless you become extreemly sick then you would need to increase it to 25 - 30ppm. my email is vinniemancinelli@yahoo.com

@ThePsalm40 STOP buying your C/Silver from a "Health Store" that's your problem, it true that "Home made or home brewed C/Silver is alway's the best way to go. Those bigger companies manufacture C/Silver by the gallons therefore they tend to drop their guard loosing interest in it's quality. I hear this from people all the time, so either make it yourself or buy it from someone who seems to know what they are doing.
