my fucking problem is I installed latest patch named 2.0.2.3 but when I try to join it automaticly gets fucked! it shows me the loading screen 1 second and it says zoey,bill,francis,louis when the server said it had 3 players online why the fuck does that happend it goes to main screen of the game after that but when I try to join a versus game it the game fucking crashed I need help!

Reset your router in 'bthomehub.home' and then add your computer with steam games in app sharing. Fixed it for me, and im on BT

K, LISTEN UP ALL 'BTHOMEHUB' USERS:

To fix this problem if nothing suggested anywhere seems to work, do this, it will fix it, but any settings you made on the homehub page will be lost. Worth it though if you like L4D2 enough:

1. Go to 'bthomehub.home' in any web browser

2. Go to settings and enter password if necessary

3. Find 'Advanced Settings' and go there ('continue to advanced settings' prompt may come up)

4. System

5. Back up configuration

Do a reset and add you computer with steam..

@100flobby i figured out that norton blocked my router ports. so i will never be able to play the game. i uninstalled it.
