not true, they showed that intermittent fasting and skipping breakfast actually improves health, blood lipids profile and increase focus and memory thanks to catecholamines release. People hate to hate beakfast for a reason and indeed no animal needs to eat food immediately after waking up, in fact we're still being nourished by the food we ate at dinner and burning fat for fuel, blood sugar is not low and there's no need to eat in the morning.
