  • thank you soooo much! Saves me plumber fee!

  • Manufacturers don't make videos like that because they are meant to be worked on by a professional. You have a good video. There are a couple of things i would of done differently being an installer and service tech. That being said i will be making a serious of videos for service and installations of this systems.

  • Thanks! So glad it helped you. I feel "unstoppable" sometimes because of all the fabulous information people post for each other on 'the web"...keep it up America!

  • Thank you for great advice! Here is what was extrimly helpful for me. I had difficulty unscrew filter cartridges. But then I did as you say, draining water out of tank. Then I was able to unscrew cartridges.Thank you again you was very helpful!

  • cool lady.

  • Thanks. This was helpful. Another thing to consider is to check the o-rings below the thread. If this is compromised you could flood your house. Remove the o-ring to inspect for cracks, etc. Before reinstalling or replacing the o-ring lubricate the o-ring with FOOD GRADE Silicone Grease. Be sure to use Food Grade, you are drinking this water after all. Something else I found helpful was to have a small bucket to catch the excess water from the filters once they are removed.

  • You are so welcome. We did it because we couldn't figure out how, and once we did we thought...hey...there are probably a lot of people out there with this same system that are having, or going to have trouble! Thank God for the Internet!

  • Very helpful! Thanks a lot
