Actually I have 10 on all the SPECIAL and 100 all stats and all the special weapons in the game... So there is perfection in FallOut :) (I didn't cheat I play the PS3 version and followed an online guide from G4)

@pudding4me Check upload date. This video was made before dlc when there was no way to maximize 10 in every SPECIAL. Broken steel and "Almost Perfect" made it easily possible. I suggest you check dates before posting any comment, thx.

TIP!! if you got a xbox 360 or PS3 Just save up the skill books get the comprehension perk and your skill will go up by 2 if u got 10 skill books your upgrade will go up by 20 it does a number on your skills trust me it helps

@obsleep It's really not that hard if you know what you're doing.. Statistically, you only have to take some perks, get the bobbleheads, and collect somewhat around 70 skillbooks to be perfect :)

In my game it works like this. Go to Bethesda Ruins and clear all the raiders outside. Then enter Bethesda Offices East, kill raiders, use the bridge and go to Bethesda Offices West, kill raiders. Exit building, go in front of Bethesda Offices East, wait for 75 hours and start all over again. This prevents the raiders outside to respawn. Also, sneak over 70 allows for almost any raider to be hit for a Sneak Critical (or 1 shot kill and doesn't allert others).

I knew about this before so i never lvld my big guns but follow the perfect character guide from Linkthe1st and have broken steal and by the time you hit the end of the game you should have every skill at 100 and every special stat at 10

you could use slave glitch on any non-named humans in fa3 just save game befor mezmatron after slave collar them talk to them a second time just before they run away science skill high should work 99% of the time and they become non-hostile and you get slave collar back for the next one ,good place to is to slave glitch every single raider in evergreen mills hehe you can then pick pocket rare items instead of killing

There's a quicker way to do this. Just hit select and wait on the bridge between the east & west buildings for 73 hours. If low on health there is a water fountain between the door to the east building and the raider with the book. Pick up the raiders flamer too and stick it in one of the ammo boxes on the bridge. When you get to 100 big guns you can take all the flamers out and sell them for "caps". This is what i did. I only used books to get 100. SAVE YOUR "SKILL POINTS".

Repair it with the common weapon of the same type (if it is repairable that way, there are few exceptions).

F.e. Terrible shotgun with a common combat shotgun.

here is the deal, they dont really degrade by the skill it affects it tho because say u have 100 small gun skill with combat shot gun it wud take u 1 shot in easy lvl 10. but if u have 1 small skill it wud take u logner and more shots means faster degration :D
